Team Application Deadline: Wednesday, September 15, 2010

Business - $185.00

Please prepare 10-20 gallons or more of chili.

Restaurants - $185.00

Please prepare 20-30 gallons or more of chili. Your team can cook chili of site if your Restaurant has a License to Operate a Public Eating or Drinking Place. See application for full details.

Non-Profits - $150.00

Please prepare 10-20 gallons or more of chili. Your team can cook chili off site if your Non-Profit has a License to Operate a Public Eating or Drinking Place. See application for full details.

Neighbor/Volunteer Org. - $75.00

Individual or Family/Fire Dept. or Service Club. Please prepare 10-20 gallons or more of chili.

Tent Package Rental - $75.00

(1)Tent, (2)Tables and (2)Chairs. A tent is required by the health department for all chili cooking teams.

NO CAMPAIGNING ZONE! The West Chester Rotary Chili Cookoff is a non-political event. Political organizations and candidates are not permitted to demonstrate, pass out political material or setup as a vendor, team or sponsor booth on any of the streets designated for the 2010 Chili Cookoff, October 10, 2010 from 7am to 7pm. These streets include Gay Street from High to New Streets, Church Street from Market to Chesnut Streets and Darlington Street from Market to Chestnut Streets and all alleys within these blocks. Any person, group, vendor or team participating in this campaigning activity will be asked to leave the Cookoff area immediately by the West Chester police department.
