Send all licensing paperwork with payment- See terms and conditions. If you have team/cooking questions NO CAMPAIGNING ZONE! The West Chester Rotary Chili Cookoff is a non-political event. Political organizations and candidates are not permitted to demonstrate, pass out political material or setup as a vendor, team or sponsor booth on any of the streets designated for the 2012 Chili Cookoff, October 14, 2012 from 7am to 7pm. These streets include Gay Street from High to New Streets, Church Street from Market to Chesnut Streets and Darlington Street from Market to Chestnut Streets and all alleys within these blocks. Any person, group, vendor or team participating in this campaigning activity will be asked to leave the Cookoff area immediately by the West Chester police department. |
