Also, be sure to submit a valid Chester County food handlers license per the Chester County Health Department if you will be making and serving food. The West Chester Rotary Club reserves the right to accept or deny acceptance to the cookoff based on suitability.

All vendors are required to carry Commercial General Liability insurance in the amount not less than $1,000,000. Each vendor must name the "Rotary Club of West Chester, it's officers, directors, and volunteers" as additional insured. A Certificate of Insurance evidencing this wording must be provided to vendor coordinator at least 10 days prior to the event.

NO CAMPAIGNING ZONE! The West Chester Rotary Chili Cookoff is a non-political event. Political organizations and candidates are not permitted to demonstrate, pass out political material or setup as a vendor, team or sponsor booth on any of the streets designated for the 2012 Chili Cookoff, October 14, 2012 from 7am to 7pm. These streets include Gay Street from High to New Streets, Church Street from Market to Chestnut Streets and Darlington Street from Market to Chestnut Streets and all alleys within these blocks. Any person, group, vendor or team participating in this campaigning activity will be asked to leave the Cookoff area immediately by the West Chester police department.
