The West Chester Rotary Club reserves the right to accept or deny vendor acceptance to the cookoff based on suitability. All vendors are required to carry Commercial General Liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000. Each vendor must name the "Rotary Club of West Chester, it's officers, directors, and volunteers" as additional insured. A Certificate of Insurance evidencing this wording must be provided to vendor coordinator at least 10 days prior to the event. Also, be sure to submit a valid Chester County food handlers license per the Chester County Health Department if you will be making and serving food.
