Please describe the products, food or nature of your business that
you wish to conduct at the West Chester Rotary Chili Cookoff:


(The West Chester Rotary Chili Cookoff is designated as a family-oriented, non-alcohol event. The Rotary Club of West Chester reserves the right to approve or disapprove vendors based on what they deem compatible and suitable.)

The West Chester Rotary Club reserves the right to accept or deny vendor acceptance to the cookoff based on suitability. All vendors are required to carry Commercial General Liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000. Each vendor must name the "Rotary Club of West Chester, it's officers, directors, and volunteers" as additional insured. A Certificate of Insurance evidencing this wording must be provided to vendor coordinator at least 10 days prior to the event. Also, be sure to submit a valid Chester County food handlers license per the Chester County Health Department if you will be making and serving food. If you have any questions please contact the vendor coordinator.

10' X 10' Food vendor - $200 per space
10' X 10' Corporate Vendor - $250 per space
10' X 10' Crafter/Homemade Goods/Artist - $100 per space
10' X 10' Non-profit Organizations - $250 per space
10' X 10' Service Club - $100 per space
10' X 20' Food vendor - $350 per space
10' X 20' Corporate Vendor - $400 per space
10' X 20' Crafter/Homemade Goods/Artist - $150 per space
10' X 20' Non-profit Organizations - $400 per space
10' X 20' Service Club - $150 per space


I will provide my own table and chairs (tents are optional)

I would like to rent a table, 2 chairs and a tent for an additional cost of $75

I need electric @ my site - $50.00 per space


I herby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the West Chester Rotary Club (officers, Board of Directors and Members) for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees incurred as a result of any legal action, in law or equity, brought against them as a result of our participation in the Chili Cookoff held on October 10, 2010.
